3. App Permissions Explained

Media Files Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO)
Used to access and backup your photos and videos. Files are only processed locally on your device.
Contacts Access (READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS)
Used to backup and restore your contact list. All contact data remains on your device.
Storage Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
Used to save backup files to your device's storage and access existing backups.
USB Permissions (USB_PERMISSION, hardware.usb.host)
Used to connect and transfer files with USB devices for offline backup and sync.
Foreground Service
Used to ensure backup operations continue running when transferring large files.
